We offer off-site administrative, marketing, and business management support, referred to as Virtual Assisting and Virtual Business Management. We provide a team of contracted professionals to help support entrepreneurs in nearly every aspect of their business.

We specialize in administrative, marketing, and operational support. Because of our team approach, we are able to offer a wider variety of services than most individual virtual assistants.
We offer help with email and calendar management, data entry, website design, graphic design, social media management, event promotions, product launches, shopping cart maintenance, and all the details in between. See our list of services or contact us for more details.
Who do you work with?
We specialize in support for business coaches, life coaches, professional speakers, authors, marketers, and consultants. However, many of the sills and services that we use to support these clients are transferable to almost any entrepreneur.

How do you charge?
We generally charge by the project, and price each project accordingly. However, we also offer monthly retainers options which are very popular.
We send monthly invoices on the 15th, for retainer services; and 1st, for project services. All payments are due within 15 days of invoice.
How do I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?
We use a variety of methods to communicate with our clients including web conferencing, Skype, phone, email, social media, and project management software.
How do I send work to my Virtual Assistant?
Projects can be assigned by email or through our project management portal. We try to ensure that we get all assignments in writing in order to reduce any margin of error or miscommunication.
Will my information be safe?
Yes! We utilize secure document sharing programs and have confidentiality agreements with everyone we work with to ensure none of your information will ever be made public.
Can we meet in person?

How do I get started?
It all starts by contacting us to set up a consultation. After your consultation, we will send you a contract based on the needs that were discussed. Once the terms are finalized, you are ready to start assigning projects and tasks. It’s that easy!
